@zeninternet Brilliant did factory reset of box as your described then within 3 mins it buffers whilst trying to watch a video on tiktok its so poor your service, the other night i tried yo watch bbc iplayer every scene buffered after 20 seconds i gave up

@zeninternet expensive and buffering that sums up zen internet £41 a month fir this rubbish

In 2025 @zeninternet should rename themselves as Buffer Internet - its the worst Internet service ive ever had, just buffers everyday the Fritz box is pants, what a joke calling themselves a leading internet provider absolutely woeful 🤣🤣🤣
