@FrontierCorp @FrontierCorp Internet is going down almost every day since you were hacked three weeks ago. Sometimes down half day. We work @ home & kids rely on Internet to do daily coursework. What is going on? We had a tech come out and they said nothing they can do. Do we need to switch?

@FrontierCorp I’ve done that four or five times all they tell me is oh there’s a outage and we’ll try to have it back on as soon as possible. Tell that to the 12,000 people that live in the city that use you it’s time to move to Xfinity we talk about it at the local coffee shop once a week

@MzryBun @FrontierCorp Yeah, it sucks for sure. It’s still out half the city uses Frontier for someone unknown reason thank God Xfinity came in a year ago. It’s about time to switch.

@jerkymakerron @FrontierCorp My Internet has gone out 8-9 times in the past month for me and it's out for an entire day when it goes out. We shouldn't have to pay for the time it's out since we're not using it! I hate frontier. Once AT&T covers my area, I'm switching to them and telling frontier to shove it.

@thezolon @Xfinity @FrontierCorp Yeah, I can get that level of speed (at least download) from xfinity but I don't feel like replacing a bunch of equipment. I could drop an SFP module in and get that connected but without the rest of the network to support its just overspending. Thats awesome speeds though!

My first issue with @FrontierCorp and I see why people stay with spectrum. They want me to chat with someone. Nah. Get someone on the phone that can fix this. Now I’m waiting. #fml
