BT Cloud Outage Map (Live)

Hi @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk we just noticed that a telephone line from the post in our street is loose and swinging low. It's also a bit noisy hitting against our house on (many) windy days! 😅 Who and how do I report? I am not a BT customer.

You know how bad @bt_uk broadband is when it’s going to take 15+ hours for the kids to DL an update file for one of their games. 😂

@bt_uk Feedback: If you already know an incoming call is a 'nuisance', and label it as such, why do you bother putting it through to the recipient? Please just block these numbers at source and save us the inconvenience.

@bt_uk If only it were that simple! already spoken to customer care a lot, I keep being billed for the digital voice service I don’t want and receiving new hubs. I have a lot of returns packs too but have better things to be doing than returning hubs I don’t want and didn’t ask for!
