@Optus Hiw fucking useless. My previous contract (sim only) finished and I was not notified but you happily took $70 from my bank. Now I asked gmfor a better offer and was told to call the 13 number and wait on hold for 3 fucking hours.

@optus_help @Optus From the text that came through once I connected to the network at my workplace. If I go the Optus website to check outages in my area, I out my street name in and it says, no issues reported. Half the neighbourhood has reported. It has been out since yesterday. Still out
