@santanderukhelp My daughter came in to your branch to close account and was told her 91 year old grandmother who opened the account for her had to be there..... she lives 200 miles away. She didn't get any of her money out.

@santanderukhelp how long does it take for cheques paid in via the post office to reach my account? Its been 4 days, and since you closed our branch we have no option. Ludicrous.

@santanderukhelp Why do exsisting 123 account holders have to get to a branch to do the current switch?? It's really inconvenient, and only 2 branches in Bristol, both equally hard to get to! Unfair!

After 10 days of not being able to access her "easy access savings account" through Cahoot, my wife was able to withdraw some funds. She was given the run around by all the Santander staff, incorrect information and had to waste time visiting a nearby branch. #SantanderUKHelp

@santanderukhelp Everytime I put my pin in at the cash machine at branch it takes the pin number then spits my card back out saying it’s not working. Has my card been locked or is there an issue on going?

@santanderukhelp Hi, I'm having a nightmare with your Cahoot fraud dept. My wife's account was locked last Monday and we are stuck in a Catch22 which has still not been resolved despite much telephone time, wrong advice, visits to Santander branch. Please help.

@santanderukhelp Okay thanks. A couple of questions, if I was a new customer then you wouldn't care how I changed my name as my passport would be sufficient? And do I have to go into branch to close my account?

@santanderukhelp Then we have to get my frail mother into a branch to authorise a transfer. I notice this has only happened in the last few days. I've made several online payments for her to purchase a foot spa and a walking frame and some vitamins without any otp prompt in previous months.
