@santanderukhelp why does your new app not work, cannot get it to send the one time passcode, not worked once, and yes, details are correct, and desktop works, and sends a passcode, but app does nothing
@santanderukhelp Morning, I paid cheque into my account via the Post Office on Sat 4th and its not hit my account yet. Has it gone astray or is this time frame normal? I know it was BH weekend but thought it would show in my account now, even as pending. TA

@santanderukhelp Hi, why has the interest rate gone down from 5.20% to 4.12% on my savings account? The base interest rate for the UK has not gone down, so why have you done this?
@santanderukhelp I have reoccurring payments on my account for monthly ring door bell plans that my abusive ex partner took out in my name using my bank details she’s locked me out of the account ring cannot do anything I need these payments to stop please help
@santanderukhelp So you've rolled out an updated app but we can no longer pay cheques into our account via the app. Not exactly progress, or convenient!
@santanderukhelp I told her I was an existing Customer hence the reason she said you can do it online? Sorry for the confusion does not help when I will be £185 out of pocket? How do I complain, I have been a customer for 20 plus years, not good enough, we will switch elsewhere if not sorted.
@santanderukhelp Hi, it’s actually my mother who is having the trouble, she wants to use telephone banking. She absolutely will not use online banking. Just wondered if it was a problem you were aware of.
